Lauren brings a passion for clients that starts with getting to know each one, what’s most important, and what changes mean to financial priorities. As a client, she’s your go-to for anything that’s needed — then it’s as good as done.
With 12+ years in various customer service roles, Lauren specializes in high-end customer service. Known for her infectious enthusiasm, she is highly organized and keeps her positivity under pressure.
Born and raised in central Kentucky, Lauren and her husband Paul live with their daughter, Cotton Leigh, in Northern Kentucky. Together they’re actively involved in the lives of the youth of their local church, and especially enjoy connecting with all generations. She is a huge UK fan and her family has had basketball season tickets since 1959 when her grandparents purchased them for the first time. If you watch closely you might see her on TV screaming “Go Cats!”.
