Hunter is a charismatic individual that uses his customer service skills to enhance every client’s experience. His ability to communicate with clients in a way that is easy to understand is what sets him apart from the typical tax professional.

Hunter is one of the firm’s senior tax associates with a focus on individuals and small businesses. Before coming to Hicks and Mann he worked at one of the “Big 4” accounting firms where he serviced Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, high net-worth individuals, expatriates, nonresident aliens and more. Hunter handles a majority of the firm’s new tax clients and a growing portion of the existing client base. His wide range of experience is what allows him to work closely with clients and provide second to none tax advice.

Born and raised in northwest Ohio, Hunter moved to Cincinnati after high school. He continued his education and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration as an Accounting major. From there Hunter moved to Denver, Colorado and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 2 years before moving back to the Cincinnati area. He has passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam and is continuing to further his knowledge and expertise in the tax world as he pursues his Enrolled Agent’s licensing.
